- The official language of the conference and all sessions, including poster presentation, is English.
- Posters must be A0 (119 x 84 cm) in portrait orientation.
- Materials for mounting posters will be provided on the poster panels.
- The information on board numbers is provided in the PNS2025 Abstracts Database and will be additionally provided in the conference venue.
- Posters should be hanged on the day of presentation in the morning and removed in the same evening.
- The presence of one of the poster authors is required during respective poster session.
- Posters will be evaluated by the members of Poster Evaluation Committee.
